MOCC Financial Responsibility & Collections Agreement (For Registration)

Mid Ohio Christian Co-op – Binding Contract

By completing registration, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. I understand that all MOCC fees—including registration fees, class fees, seat fees, athletics fees, field trip fees, library fees, or any other balances—are my full financial responsibility.

   These fees are due in accordance with the payment deadlines provided during registration.

2. I understand that choosing to withdraw from MOCC—whether voluntarily or by dismissal, suspension, or expulsion—does NOT cancel or remove any outstanding balance owed.

   All fees incurred before the date of withdrawal remain due in full.

3. I agree that all past-due balances must be paid immediately upon withdrawal, and that partial attendance, missed days, or early departure from the co-op year does not release me from payment obligations for fees already incurred.

4. I understand that MOCC reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid debts, including:

    

   • sending past-due accounts to a third-party collections agency,

   • invoicing for all outstanding balances,

   • and seeking legal remedies if necessary.

    

5. I understand that if my account is sent to collections, I may also be responsible for additional fees, including (but not limited to) collection agency fees, administrative fees, and any court costs or attorney’s fees permitted by law.

6. I agree that failure to pay fees may prevent my family from participating in future MOCC classes, athletics, clubs, events, or membership reinstatement, consistent with MOCC Bylaws Section XII (Fees).

7. 7. Refunds, Credits, and Payment Method Policy

   I understand and agree that all fees paid to MOCC are non-refundable, including but not limited to registration fees, class fees, seat fees, athletics fees, field trip fees, and any other payments made.

   MOCC does not issue cash or check refunds under any circumstances.

   If a class, activity, or program is dropped, changed, canceled, or otherwise adjusted by MOCC or by the member, any eligible refund will be issued solely as a credit to the family’s MOCC account, to be applied toward future MOCC fees or participation, at MOCC’s discretion.

   I understand that account credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire in accordance with MOCC policies.

8. By checking the box below, I acknowledge this constitutes a binding agreement, and I affirm that all information I provide during registration is true and accurate.
