Anti-Bullying & Anti-Gossip Agreement
At Mid-Ohio Christian Co-op, we want everyone to feel safe, loved, and respected. Bullying, gossip, and unkind behavior go against God’s Word and our mission as a community.
The Bible tells us:
“Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs.” – Ephesians 4:29
I Will
• Treat others with kindness and respect in my words and actions.
• Speak truth in love and use my words to encourage, not tear down.
• Refuse to participate in bullying, teasing, gossiping, or spreading rumors.
• Tell an adult (teacher, parent, or leader) if I see bullying or hear gossip.
• Forgive others and seek forgiveness when I make mistakes.
• Remember that my words and actions represent Jesus and my co-op family.
I Understand
• Bullying or gossip of any kind (physical, verbal, social, or online) will not be tolerated.
• There will be consequences if I choose to bully or gossip, which may include warnings,
meetings with leaders, removal from class, or dismissal from the co-op.
• I am responsible for my choices, and I want to help make our co-op a safe and Christ-
honoring place.
