Mid-Ohio Christian Co-op (MOCC)
Code of Conduct
Mid-Ohio Christian Co-op exists to glorify God by fostering a safe, respectful, Christ-centered homeschool community.
All students, parents, teachers, volunteers, and guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects
biblical character, mutual respect, and personal responsibility.
General Expectations
• Treat all individuals with respect and kindness
• Follow MOCC policies, safety procedures, and facility rules
• Use appropriate language and behavior at all times
• Support the mission, vision, and biblical foundations of MOCC
Student Conduct
Students are expected to obey supervising adults, respect peers, remain in assigned areas, care for property, and
follow the MOCC dress code. Bullying, harassment, physical aggression, weapons, illegal substances, vaping, alcohol,
or tobacco are strictly prohibited.
Parent & Family Conduct
Parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times and partnering respectfully with teachers and
leadership. MOCC is not a drop-off program. Disruptive, argumentative, or divisive behavior will not be tolerated.
Online & Public Conduct
All communication, including email, social media, and public representation, must remain respectful, truthful, and
supportive of MOCC. Public criticism, gossip, or divisive content may result in disciplinary action.
Discipline
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in corrective action including warnings, removal from class or events,
suspension, probation, or dismissal. Discipline will follow biblical principles of correction and restoration.
Participation in Mid-Ohio Christian Co-op constitutes agreement to abide by this Code of Conduct, the MOCC
Constitution and Bylaws, and all related policies, including the expectation that members will uphold and reflect MOCC’s
Statement of Faith through their actions, attitudes, and conduct during co-op days and all co-op-related activities.
