Joanna Mawhorr To All Instructors

Joanna and her husband Gavin have 3 children and reside in Zanesville. She is a full time stay at home mom and homemaker. Prior to staying home full time, Joanna was a first grade teacher and intervention specialist for 6 years. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Intervention Specialist and k-12 Reading from Ashland University and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Ohio University. She is excited to continue using her teaching skills with her own children and students at MOCC! She enjoys baking, flower gardening, reading, and spending time outdoors with her family.
