Melissa Hamilton To All Instructors


Melissa Hamilton is a certified Ohio teacher with over 27 years of teaching experience in public schools, private schools, homeschool co-ops, tutoring, and homeschooling. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Pensacola Christian College and a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of West Florida. Melissa and her husband, Casey, have been married for nearly 23 years and have four children: Chloe (21), Cade (19), and twins Cole (16) and Cale (16). She has homeschooled her children for the past 17 years, taught a variety of classes in homeschool co-ops, and worked with students across many age groups and learning styles. Melissa enjoys continuing her education through professional development opportunities that help her grow as a teacher and better serve students and families. Outside of teaching, she enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, movies, leading table discussions during her Tuesday night Bible study, and serving on the Mom 2 Mom planning committee at her church. Melissa is passionate about encouraging students, building confidence, and helping children develop a love for learning.
